💻 Fixed window size that was getting bounds.height instead of workArea.height. The window was resized behind Windows and MacOs taskbar. Now it will get the available working area of the screen and the Extension window will be more perfectly positioned 👍

Permissions

Browser Extension 💻 Win/Mac/Linux
  • “notifications” – Used to send desktop notifications. For example when a new message arrives or the App is updated.
  • “contextMenus” – Allows adding more settings when you right-click the App icon in the browser toolbar and in the browser context menu.
  • “storage” – Used to save settings on your local computer.
  • “unlimitedStorage” – Storage is limited to 5MB of data that may not be enough to store all configs.
  • “host_permissions” – Permission to access the websites you visit, so that your swaps work on every page you open, also in text that appears later (feeds, infinite scroll and web apps). Also used to allow intercommunication with other WWEvents Apps (i.e. Emojis).
  • “activeTab” – Permission to access the window where the Extension is running and that is shown to the user when you click the App icon, for example to apply your swaps to the page you are on.
  • “all_urls” – We must access all urls so that when you enter a webpage and it matches a word you defined, it gets replaced by another (also in text that appears later, like feeds and infinite scroll).
